Data applied psychology for today's leaders. Data-driven intelligence for tomorrow's innovators.

I developed the Principles of Dealing with the Demands of Reality to educate people on the primal factors that unite us as a human race and techniques to survive in the internet era.

While the internet affords us a wider view than ever before into the world we share, we are increasingly just a few clicks away from people, places, and experiences around the world. This introduces both challenges and opportunities alike as we navigate humanity. The Internet is not only here to stay but is a dimension that has introduced a new system of rewards and threats to society. It can be a source of education, entrepreneurship, and fellowship as much as a source of psychological suffering with very real, physical consequences. We are adjusting to being humans interacting with engineered realities some of which existed long before the age of the internet. Although, there is “no turning back”, we can move forward grounded in kindness and dignity.

The key to transforming processes and systems today is striking a balance between “common sense” and “modern sense”. We are all of us are still operating on a set of primal, historical, and 20th-century processes that are difficult or seemingly impossible to shake. Most people don’t know that one-third of all internet traffic is not human, that most images on social platforms are manipulated, and that nearly 90% of content online is designed to hold our attention. Most people simply don’t know the technological advances that currently exist and are in the realm of possibility. Some of these advances take advantage of our primal human processes and some completely and erroneously ignore them.
